    Conference participation

    Mar 2010: The report, 'Examinations and the role of technology: Emerging directions', an initiative by MeritTrac in collaboration with the EDGE forum, was launched by ValueNotes at EDGE 2010. The report looks at the issues associated with traditional paper-pencil examinations and the potential benefits of leveraging technology to deliver such exams.

    Dec 2009: ValueNotes was invited to present on the trends in the domestic insurance BPO at the Insurance Technology Annual Summit 2009. The forum for the insurance industry was organized in Bombay by the National Insurance Academy and India Insurance Review.

    Dec 2009: ValueNotes was invited to make a presentation titled "Shrinking newsrooms: is editorial outsourcing the solution" at the World Editors Forum in Hyderabad.  Editors from  across  South Asia  discussed  why  online  traffic was not a threat to print editions. [The World Editors Forum is the only network dedicated to senior newsroom editors from across the globe]

    Nov 2009: As the knowledge partner at The Lawyer's legal process outsourcing and offshoring conference in London, ValueNotes made a presentation on the changing LPO competitive landscape and the attributes of the dominant players. [The Lawyer is the leading weekly magazine for commercial lawyers and corporate directors]

    Apr 2009: ValueNotes made a presentation titled "The deep web unfolded: effective use of the invisible web tools for CI" at the SCIP conference in Chicago. [The Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) is a global organization for professionals involved in creating and managing business knowledge]

    Apr 2009: ValueNotes made a presentation titled "Competitive Intelligence offshoring: how much is too much?" at the SCIP conference in Chicago.

    Oct 2008: ValueNotes presented a paper titled "CI in India - perspectives of a local practitioner" at the 2008 European Competitive Intelligence Summit in Rome.

    Jun 2007: ValueNotes made a presentation titled "Comparing KPO and BPO - an analyst's viewpoint" at KPO Asia 2007 in Singapore. The region's first KPO-focused event  examined the emerging concepts of  knowledge process outsourcing and offshoring, and the driving factors behind these disciplines.

    Feb 2007: ValueNotes made a presentation titled "Financial services offshoring: models, capabilities & risks" at the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit in Las Vegas.  [The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) is an association for the world's leading outsourcing customers, providers and advisors]

    Sep 2005: ValueNotes participated in the Singapore-India IT Forum. The event was part of the Global Entrepolis Summit, which included sessions about China, Korea, nanotechnology, and entrepreneurship.
