Management Team

Arun’s 25-year working career spans IT services outsourcing, management consulting, market research, equity research, competitive intelligence and web publishing. Prior to starting ValueNotes, he ran an equity research and advisory service, evaluating investment opportunities for a variety of clients. He also worked closely with several technology start-ups in an advisory role. This was preceded by a stint in management consulting, where he worked with some of India’s largest corporations in devising market entry strategies, project financing, and feasibility analysis.

Arun holds a B Tech from IIT Bombay, and an MS from Duke University, NC, USA.

As Chief Strategy Officer of ValueNotes, Arvind plays the role of the "wise old man"! He has been with the Indian software industry for the last three decades in various functions such as software development, sales & marketing, HRD and management, of which the last 10 years have been in CXO positions. Most recently, he was VP Service Delivery & Ops of cMango India, a subsidiary of US based cMango Inc. He facilitated the acquisition of the company by Wipro. Prior to this, he was COO of Approva Systems, a subsidiary of Approva Corporation

Arvind holds a B Tech from IIT Bombay.

As a founder member of the company, Sangeeta heads the HR function, along with finance and technology at ValueNotes, where her strong operational and process knowledge are leveraged to build a sustainable infrastructure for growth. During her 25-year career, she spent almost a decade with Citibank India handling technology and operations, and helped set up their custody business. Prior to that, she spent five years at Tata Unisys developing software for several banks based in the US, Europe & New Zealand.

Sangeeta holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.

With close to 20 years’ experience in consulting and market research, Varsha has undertaken business and economic research in a variety of organizations including a housing finance company, a bank, a premier management institute and a management consulting company. She has been widely published and has spoken at several international events.

Varsha holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. She is a qualified CFA and a member of the Council of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
